Tim and Riccardo are both experienced executive facilitators that help teams focus their own brilliance to create big, strategic, innovative, creative, and effective solutions to big, meaty, important challenges.
Tim is based in the United States, in Los Angeles.
Riccardo is based in Europe, in Barcelona.
Tim Leake
Tim helps people be more successful at their work, by making that work more enjoyable.
With his company, Let's Lightbulb, he helps leadership teams solve important challenges in hours, not months — and have a lot of fun doing it.
He has been facilitating workshops with executives for over 15 years. He was part of the c-suite at one of the largest independent advertising agencies in the U.S. for a decade. And he began his career as a copywriter and creative director.
So he brings a unique background of creativity, executive facilitation, and executive leadership experience that very few (if any) can.
As an in-demand public speaker, he’s been featured multiple times at the Cannes Lions, SXSW, TEDx and on many other global stages.
Riccardo Mazzolo
Riccardo improves the speed and efficacy of collective decision, through workshop facilitation.
He's leveraging over 16 years of experience across enterprise software, digital transformation, and cross-functional facilitation, to launch Petali, a facilitators collective.
His signature workshop, "10 Diamonds for Strategic Storytelling", was featured in an academic paper in the European Management Journal, showcasing up to 35% improvement in speed and efficacy of team decision making.
Having delivered 300+ workshops with 50+ organizations from startups to corporates, he loves to bring clarity and alignment in conflicting scenarios.
He also just launched a podcast on "Empathic Decisions" featuring senior leaders sharing their views on a more human centered World.
